A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Mentone-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Too many Mentone, CA families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Mentone operation differently. Every technician on our Mentone roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Mentone isn't a side service we tacked on â it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Mentone, CA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Mentone, CA so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Talk to a Mentone property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters â every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Mentone call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first â some of the costliest Mentone jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse â call our Mentone line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Mentone response to the actual damage â a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet â nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Mentone property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Mentone homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Mentone businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response â we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination â our Mentone crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
Every Mentone job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.

We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.

You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Mentone paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over â we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
